Can I only place my order online?
Whilst online ordering is the preference, we will accept orders over the telephone, via email and your School may also accept printed out order forms being handed in, but please check the School policy on this. All orders must be paid for either in advance or upon collection. Under no circumstance can orders be collected without payment.
Can my order be amended once submitted?
During peak times, June to September inclusive, we are unable to amend any orders because of the volumes and throughput levels. Outside of these times, any amendments are made at the company’s discretion. At all times we endeavour to process your order as efficiently and as effectively as possible.
How long will my order take?
All orders are normally turned around in ten working days. However, during peak times orders may take slightly longer. Therefore, please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
